Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to support clients with scheduling and reservation needs. This role focuses on managing booking requests, organizing details, and ensuring a smooth and efficient coordination process.

This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and enjoy working in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client booking requests, schedules, and reservation details
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and preferences
  • Review and confirm booking details for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide timely updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
  • Support a seamless experience from initial request through final confirmation



Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and online platforms

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support
