We are hiring a full-time Wedding & Event Coordinator to support weekday planning operations and lead weekend wedding execution.
This role blends weekday operational coordination with full on-site wedding execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in the wedding industry and understands:
- Timeline creation
- Vendor management
- Floor plan creation & adjustments
- Guest list and dietary logistics
- High-level client communication via calls & emails
This individual must become fully proficient in AisleGo’s CRM system and internal communication workflows.
- Client communication through AisleGo CRM
- Building and managing wedding timelines
- Vendor coordination (DJ, florist, photographer, catering, rentals)
- Managing guest counts and dietary restrictions
- Floor plan updates and layout confirmations
- Proposal updates and add-on tracking
- Internal team coordination
- Proactive follow-ups with clients and vendors
- Lead wedding day execution
- Oversee vendor load-in and load-out
- Manage ceremony and reception flow
- Cue DJ, photographer, and catering team
- Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally
- Represent AisleGo at all events
- Travel to Pennsylvania and New York City events
Weekend availability during peak season is mandatory.
- 2 years of wedding industry experience (planner, venue coordinator, or lead assistant)
- Experience managing timelines independently
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Willing and able to travel regularly to PA and NYC events
- Must be available full-time and weekends as required
