Job Description

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to manage appointment scheduling and coordination for our clients and internal teams. This role involves access to client contact and personal details. A background check is required before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and internal team members
• Send reminders and follow-up communications to clients and staff
• Maintain accurate scheduling records across multiple calendars
• Handle rescheduling requests and resolve calendar conflicts
• Track no-shows and cancellations and update records accordingly
• Communicate schedule updates to relevant team members promptly
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using scheduling tools such as Google Calendar or Calendly
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior scheduling experience required — training provided
