Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into company databases and internal management systems
- Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and accuracy — flag any discrepancies for supervisor review
- Maintain well-organized digital records across multiple client accounts and internal databases
- Meet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets as established by team management
- Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and messaging platforms
- Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality at all times
- Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support tasks as needed
- Participate in brief team check-ins and training sessions to stay current on processes and system updates
- High school diploma or GED required
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume data tasks
