Project Coordinator

Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $45,000 - $58,000 per year

Job Description

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and execution of internal and client-facing projects. This role involves access to sensitive project documentation and client information. A background check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track project progress and update status reports regularly
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain organized project documentation and shared file systems
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks and flag delays to project leadership proactively
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior project coordination experience required — training provided
