Salary: $43,000 - $56,000 per year

Job Description
We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to process employee payroll accurately and on schedule. This role involves handling employee social security numbers, banking details, and compensation data. A background check and credit review are required for all payroll positions.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs accurately and on time
• Verify employee hours, deductions, and compensation data
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally
• Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong numerical accuracy and discretion with confidential data
• Comfortable handling employee SSNs, banking details, and salary information
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• No prior payroll experience required — full training provided
