Job Description

We are looking for Document Review Specialists to review, organize, and process confidential documents submitted by clients and partners. This role involves handling sensitive personal and legal documentation. A background check is required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity
• Categorize and file documents into the correct digital folders and systems
• Flag incomplete, missing, or suspicious documents for supervisor review
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all reviewed documents and client data
• Meet daily document processing volume targets consistently
• Communicate document status updates to relevant team members
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential personal documents
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior document review experience required — training provided
