Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year

Job Description
We are hiring Claims Specialists to review, process, and resolve customer claims submissions. This role involves handling sensitive personal and financial documentation. A background check and credit screening are required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming claims for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
• Enter claim details and assign case numbers in the claims management system
• Verify claimant identity and supporting documentation
• Track and update claim status at each stage of processing
• Communicate decisions and updates to claimants via email and phone

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and case management skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial documentation
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• No prior claims experience required — full training provided
