Responsibilities

• Handle multiple simultaneous live chat conversations with customers
• Access customer account details to resolve inquiries quickly
• Escalate complex issues to senior support or billing teams
• Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions
• Follow compliance guidelines when handling customer personal information

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong written communication — fast, clear, professional typing
• Ability to multitask across several chat windows simultaneously
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No experience required — full paid training provided
