Billing Specialist

Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year

Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to manage customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This role involves handling sensitive financial data and requires a background check and credit screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Process incoming payments and reconcile against account records
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Maintain accurate billing records in compliance with company policies
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with collections team
• Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports for management review
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling confidential financial account information
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• No prior billing experience required — full training provided
