Job Title: Production Control Team Leader

We currently have 2nd shift team leader openings in the PC Department. Qualified candidates should be able to lift approximately 40 lbs continuously. Previous equipment experience is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates must have the ability to obtain an ADI equipment license.

Shift Hours:  2nd shift 5:00pm – 1:30am (overtime as needed)

Qualifications:

Basic duties will include (but not limited to) the following:

-   Oversee the workflow of the shipping area to ensure orders are picked, packed, and

     shipped on time.

-   Train new team members in shipping procedures, equipment, and safety rules

-    Report and document safety incidents or near‑misses.

-    Communicate with other departments to align shipping priorities and inventory readiness.

-    Handle unexpected challenges (late trucks, inventory discrepancies, urgent shipments).

            -    Report and document safety incidents or near‑misses

            -    Equipment checks

• ECI Management – ECI pink sheet process
• FIFO Flow – understand and follow First in First Out
• Material flow – Understand material flow to lines
• Internal labeling – understand and update as needed
• Inventory Checks – daily checks for verification
• 5S of work area – complete with members and verify to 3 pillar standards
• Loading / unloading trucks
• Receiving paperwork, paperwork verification, shipment verification
• Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
