Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. (could be 2:30 a.m. or 3:30 a.m.)
We typically work a 9-10 hour shift
We currently have Team Leader positions available 2nd shift in various departments. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Title: Team Leader
Reports: Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets daily production levels.
- Reports any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Supervisor.
- Performs kaizen activities.
- Performs one-by-one process through work instructions.
- Performs line quality checks.
- Knowledge of quality equipment.
- Records daily production totals.
- Keep work area within the 3-Pillar standards.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to meet production level requirements.
- Ability to communicate any abnormality to Supervisor.
- Ability to maintain charts, graphs, and production reports on a personal computer.
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical computations.
- Ability to interpret written communication (i.e., production sheets).
- Capable of carrying out all assignments and maintaining the 3-Pillar standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
