2nd Shift Sunroof Supervisor
We are looking for a Shoku-Cho for 2nd Shift in the Aegis Department.
The Aegis Shoku-cho will support the Aegis Department plans in maintaining the efficiency of the productivity, ensuring the safety of the team members, developing continuous improvement activities and implementing any necessary 5S or 3 Pillar activities.
General Summary
Perform detailed and complex job functions (i.e., normal course of business activities). Investigate and recommend ways to improve efficiencies of daily job activities.

- Maintain quality, productivity, safety requirements, and open communication within department
- Compile and review absence reports
- Schedule vacation and manpower requirements daily and weekly
- Monitor and control scrap; implement scrap reduction activities
- Direct 5-S activities
- Ensure safe work environment through proper planning and enforcement of safety procedures
- Set goals for man hour, piece, and defects
- Develop, prioritize, and schedule line improvement activities
- Control daily production and ensure accuracy in production recordings
- Develop and train team members and Han-Cho’s.
- Maintain quality levels by ensuring quality checks are performed regularly
- Enforce policies fairly and accurately
- Analyze production information for implementation of necessary countermeasures
- Perform team member performance appraisals
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, or company plan
- Supervise and manage all team members in department
