What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cutting Tool Preset Technician position at Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee?
Cutting Tool Preset Technician
Company: Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee (AACT) | Department: Production Engineering | Location: Clinton, TN

A day in this role
As the shop settles into the night, you step onto the floor ready to keep our machining lines running smoothly. You begin by setting up cutting tools using clear, English-language setup instructions. You log kanban tool data into our database, keep components organized, and make sure line-side storage cabinets are stocked and ready. Mid-shift, you collect used tooling from the lines, reload where needed, and package tools to ship for reconditioning. Throughout the shift, you uphold 3-pillar and 5-S standards so the tool room and cabinets remain clean, efficient, and safe.
