• 45 owner-supplied LED flat panels (0-10V dimming, 4000K), plus dimming controls and occupancy sensors
• 6 exit signs with emergency heads per NFPA 101
• NEC Article 517 patient care wiring — redundant grounding (EMT, AC-HCF or MC-HCF) in treatment rooms
• Cat6 to all TV locations, office and front desk — plenum-rated
• Possible 60A 2-pole tankless water heater circuit —

Two ways to engage

• 1099-Turnkey contract with your licensed electrical business — preferred. Lump sum, your license, your crew, your insurance.
• W-2 employment for a licensed EC/ER willing to serve as qualifying agent.

Field labor under the license goes W-2 through the contractor's business or a PEO.
