AISAP is a healthcare AI company focused on improving real-time diagnosis and clinical decision-making through advanced ultrasound solutions.

AISAP is seeking a highly organized, customer-facing Clinical Deployment Specialist to support hospital and health system customers through onboarding, implementation, clinical adoption, and ongoing utilization of our AI-powered ultrasound platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines clinical credibility with strong relationship management and execution skills, and who can work closely with frontline users and leadership to ensure successful deployment and long-term value realization. Clinical applications roles in ultrasound commonly focus on customer training, workflow integration, installation support, and ongoing adoption, which makes this positioning a strong fit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities across hospital and health system accounts, ensuring successful launch and activation.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to clinical users, helping them adopt the platform confidently and effectively in real-world workflows.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, sonographers, clinical educators, and hospital leadership.
  • Drive clinical adoption, increase utilization, and identify workflow improvements that maximize customer value.
  • Partner with customers on optimization after go-live, including follow-up training, feedback collection, and usage expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to grow platform use within existing hospitals and health systems.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate closely with internal product, sales, clinical, and operations teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer activity, implementation progress, training outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or clinical teams in a customer-facing, implementation, training, applications, or success role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both frontline clinicians and senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and execution-driven, with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently across multiple customer sites and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel through the assisted territory. Field-based ultrasound applications roles commonly require travel across customer facilities.
  • Based in the Washington, DC area.
  • We are open to part time employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sonographer, ultrasound educator, clinical applications specialist, or other hands-on clinical background in imaging or point-of-care ultrasound. Ultrasound applications roles commonly value sonography backgrounds and practical imaging expertise.
  • Experience in ultrasound, cardiology, POCUS, medical imaging, digital health, or healthcare technology.
  • Experience supporting implementation or adoption within complex health systems.

About the role

Join AISAP in helping clinicians expand access to high-quality ultrasound through AI. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, building trust with clinical users, and turning new customer deployments into successful, scalable adoption across health systems.
