Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in tile installation.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle (preferably a van) and necessary tools.
• Insurance: Proper insurance coverage.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
• Attitude: Positive, get-it-done mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas.
• Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation.
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials.
• Trim and finish edges of flooring materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Dispose of debris properly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in tile installation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
• Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.
• Knowledge of different types of tiling materials and their installation techniques.
• Previous Experience in Tile installation.
