What We're Looking For
We're seeking installers who:
- Have 3 years of flooring installation experience
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service
- Take pride in their work and reputation
- Are dependable, motivated, and solution-oriented
- Enjoy working as part of a professional team
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of flooring installation experience
- Experience installing carpet, sheet vinyl, hardwood, laminate, LVP/LVT, and other hard surface flooring
- Reliable vehicle (van preferred)
- Professional installation tools
- Valid driver's license
- Proper liability insurance
- Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
- Available to work Monday through Friday
Primary Responsibilities
- Install flooring according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately
- Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project coordinators
- Complete projects with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
