The Lubrication Technician is responsible for performing lubrication maintenance tasks on construction and industrial equipment. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Lubrication Technician must possess a strong knowledge of lubrication techniques, equipment, and materials and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.

- Inspect and assess equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities, including quantities used and equipment serviced.
- Follow established maintenance schedules and prioritize work based on equipment needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of lubrication tasks.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with different types of lubricants, their applications, and appropriate usage.
- Ability to interpret equipment manuals and specifications to determine lubrication requirements.
- Basic understanding of construction and industrial equipment and their lubrication points.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a lubrication technician certification, are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing lubrication maintenance on construction or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of equipment lubrication requirements and industry standards.
- Familiarity with relevant lubrication tools and equipment.
- Work takes place primarily on construction sites or in industrial facilities.
- Potential hazards include working at heights, exposure to noise, moving machinery, and potentially hazardous substances.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment.
