We are seeking a forward-thinking Production & Solutions Analyst to support our expanding digital production and workflow technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who excels in color-critical environments, enjoys empowering customers and sales teams, and thrives in fast-evolving print and software solution landscapes.
- Provide high-impact technical training to sales teams and clients—onsite, in the field, and within a fully equipped demo environment
- Manage and maintain the demo room, ensuring all hardware, software, and workflow systems are fully optimized, color-calibrated, and ready for live demonstrations
- Deliver expert support, onboarding, and workflow guidance
- Install, configure, and train users on Fiery RIP software, color management tools, and advanced automation features
- Develop deep, hands-on expertise across the complete hardware portfolio, including Wide Format and 6-color production devices
- Stay current with modern production and workflow technologies
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that drive adoption and expansion of new and existing workflow solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new hardware, software, and workflow platforms
- Advanced color calibration expertise, including device profiling, linearization, and maintaining accurate color output across production systems
- Full, expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and color-critical production workflows
- Experience in production print, digital workflow, or related industries (preferred)
- Excellent communication and training skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
