Duties
- Assist with the selection and arrangement of furniture, artwork, and accessories to enhance property appeal
- Support the preparation of staging plans using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit to visualize design concepts
- Help coordinate delivery and setup of furniture and decor items on-site, ensuring timely execution
- Collaborate with the design team to implement color schemes based on color theory principles for optimal visual impact
- Maintain inventory of staging materials and ensure proper storage and organization of furniture and accessories
- Contribute to site inspections, ensuring safety standards are met during setup and teardown processes
- Support project timelines by tracking progress, updating schedules, and communicating with vendors or contractors as needed
Experience
- Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting design, and remodeling techniques
- Experience in project management or coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction processes, renovation practices, and contracts related to home improvement projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities
