Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter, based in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, with some flexibility for remote work. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing calendars effectively. The role involves regular communication with clients and potential leads to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless appointment-setting process. Additional tasks may include collecting and maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointment details.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Lead Generation and developing new client relationships
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role or sales is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
