Field Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Field Supervisor role based in Houston, TX. The Field Supervisor will oversee HVAC installation and maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, reviewing work quality, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Field Supervisor will also collaborate with team members to resolve issues, maintain equipment, and enhance overall service delivery to meet the high standards of Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning.

• Technical skills in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance
• Leadership and supervisory experience, including team management and task delegation
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in the HVAC industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC certifications are a significant advantage
• Previous experience with customer service or client interaction is a plus
