Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional call conversions and timely response to contacting leads and posting videos to our social media outlets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer support.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding plumbing and HVAC services, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and promote additional services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems including booking calls and dispatching in Service Titan.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Responding in a timely manner to leads (Yelp, Angi's etc).
  • Create contend for our social media outlets.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is required.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using office software and Service Titan.
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to sit at a desk and wear a head set for full shifts.
