Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding plumbing and HVAC services, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and promote additional services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems including booking calls and dispatching in Service Titan.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Responding in a timely manner to leads (Yelp, Angi's etc).
- Create contend for our social media outlets.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is required.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and Service Titan.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service are essential for success in this role.
- Able to sit at a desk and wear a head set for full shifts.
