AirTech Mechanical, Inc. is a growing commercial HVAC contractor based in Colorado Springs, and we’re looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Foremen / Lead Installers to join our team.
We have a strong backlog of commercial projects with guaranteed work through 2027 and are looking for experienced leaders who know the trade, can confidently read plans and run a crew, take ownership of their work, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

AirTech is based in Colorado, but we’re open to qualified Foremen from across the United States. If you have strong commercial HVAC experience and are interested in relocating to Colorado, a relocation bonus may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a commercial HVAC crew while keeping projects safe, productive, and on schedule.
- Read and interpret mechanical plans, drawings, specifications, and details to perform field layout and installation.
- Oversee installation of commercial HVAC systems and ensure work meets project requirements and AirTech standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades, communicating field conflicts, material needs, and schedule concerns.
- Take ownership of assigned work from layout through completion, while maintaining quality, safety, and crew productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC installation experience with Foreman, Lead Installer, or crew-leadership experience.
- Must be proficient in reading mechanical plans and performing field layout.
- Proven ability to lead, direct, and manage a commercial HVAC crew.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC installation, equipment, ductwork, and hand/power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required, along with dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
