ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to handle the following:
- Package, label, and stock materials and inventory
- Scan and track inventory using barcode systems
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Build pallets using tools like table saws and pneumatic nail guns
- Operate forklifts (training provided and certification required)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Report any safety concerns to supervisors
- Support production by ensuring materials are available and organized
- Work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
