As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Your ability to create a welcoming experience, listen carefully, and coordinate service effectively will play a vital role in helping us keep our customers comfortable year-round.

- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently
- Match technician skill sets with customer needs to ensure the best service experience
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and assist with scheduling opportunities
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional relationship
- Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details
- Follow company call standards, procedures, and quality expectations
- Collaborate with dispatcher, technicians, and office staff to provide exceptional customer service
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- HVAC, home service, and/or ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with local geography and mapping systems is helpful
