What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain inventory of HVAC materials, parts, equipment, and stocked products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock locations, and item information.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be replenished.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate material orders as needed.
- Track orders and follow up on missing, delayed, or incorrect materials.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with computer-generated inventory reports.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Record purchases and maintain accurate inventory databases.
- Prepare and stage HVAC materials for technicians and installation teams.
- Assist with weekly truck and warehouse replenishment.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
- Work closely with service, installation, purchasing, and management teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Monitor inventory usage and help reduce waste, loss, and shrinkage.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets, sorting and filtering data, maintaining inventory records, and creating basic reports.
- Comfortable working with computer-based inventory systems.
- Ability to perform physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize HVAC materials and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of HVAC, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
- HVAC industry experience preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, organized, and takes pride in keeping inventory accurate and the warehouse running efficiently. Strong Microsoft Excel experience is a must for this position. HVAC experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong inventory or warehouse experience.
