Senior Product Manager

airtamejobs
Copenhagen, NY Full Time
POSTED ON 4/4/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/2/2026

It’s rare to find a role where the Admin experience isn't just a maintenance task, but the primary driver of a company’s growth strategy. We believe that making management and deployment effortless for IT admins is the key to empower millions of people to use screens better in their education and business environments.

At Airtame, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead the platform's digital backbone. You will own the Admin experience where our customers manage their physical Airtame devices in meeting- and classrooms or Virtual Airtame instances running on mini-pcs, videobars and Interactive-flat-panels across their organization. As we accelerate our SaaS revenue stream, the strategic weight of this platform has never been higher; it is the place where our product’s usability directly dictates our unit economics and our ability to scale.

The Mandate: Architecting the Self-Serve Revenue Engine

Your mission is to lead the transition of our Admin Experience into a high-velocity growth engine. You will own the end-to-end self-service journey, ensuring that an admin can move from a "Try Now" trial to a fully licensed, multi-site deployment without ever needing to speak to a sales representative. In addition you will help enable sales with quality insights, when larger prospects arrive in the product. This is a high-leverage role where your work on automated onboarding, transparent license management, and remote configuration is the primary driver of our SaaS revenue targets.

You will join a focused, cross-functional team based in our Copenhagen office. We operate on a foundation of high trust and professional autonomy, where we value clear communication and a flat hierarchy. You will lead an empowered squad of engineers and a designer, working collaboratively to prioritize and solve product opportunities driving user and business growth.

Defining the Admin Experience

The Admin experience is where the complexity of hardware meets the agility of software. You will be responsible for addressing the core functional needs that will help fuel Airtame’s growth:

  • Fleet Management at Scale: Solving the pain of mass-configuring devices, scheduling firmware updates, and managing digital signage content across hundreds of locations from a single browser tab.
  • Global Visibility: Providing admins with the data and health-checks they need to proactively manage their fleet, ensuring that their classrooms, meeting spaces or signage screens are always running.
  • The Conversion Path: Optimizing every touchpoint in the web UI so that the value of our product is self-evident, making the decision to convert to a paid subscription or expanding deployment a logical outcome of using the platform.
  • Frictionless Licensing: Designing the logic and UI for automated seat provisioning and license tracking, ensuring that managing virtual instances is as simple as managing a single device.

Your Impact in Year One

Architect the Self-Serve Funnel: You will analyze and optimize the trial journey for both Virtual and Hardware instances, aggressively driving self-service ARR toward our 2026 targets.

Increase Conversion Velocity: You will identify and eliminate onboarding bottlenecks in the Admin portal, significantly improving the trial-to-paid conversion rate through automation and experimentation.

Enable Enterprise Scale: You will strategically ship the critical infrastructure—such as SSO, advanced RBAC, and security protocols—that unblock our sales teams for large-scale enterprise deployments.

Operationalize Revenue Data: You will establish a robust analytics framework to move beyond qualitative feedback, creating a roadmap that predicts churn and identifies expansion opportunities.

Professional Experience & Requirements

This role requires a candidate who has previously owned a complex B2B management platform and understands the technical and strategic stakes involved.

  • Proven Admin/Platform Ownership: You have at least 4 years of experience as a PM, with a significant portion dedicated to owning an Admin UI, a billing/subscription system, or a technical B2B management portal. You can demonstrate how you’ve simplified complex workflows for expert users.
  • B2B PLG Expertise: You have a deep understanding of product-led growth mechanics—PQLs, trial-to-paid conversion loops, and self-serve onboarding. You know how to use data to find the "Aha!" moment for a new user.
  • Technical Rigor: You are comfortable discussing APIs, remote device management protocols, and data schemas with engineers. You have a history of writing clear, technical specifications that account for edge cases in a global, distributed system.
  • Analytical Independence: You don't wait for a data analyst to give you answers. You are proficient in querying your own data and using it to build a roadmap based on evidence rather than intuition. Additionally you’re used to testing and validating hypotheses by engaging directly with real users online and on-site.

Why Airtame?

  • Unified Fleet Management: Tackle the unique challenge of building a cohesive experience that bridges physical hardware and virtual application instances.
  • Strategic Influence: You will be at the heart of Airtame’s most important strategic bet: the acceleration of our SaaS revenue.
  • Global Footprint: Your work will enable collaboration and communication for millions of people across classrooms and offices in over 100 countries.
  • A healthy work-life balance.
  • Five weeks paid vacation and 5 days of extra paid AirtameFlex days.
  • Pension and private health insurance.
  • Flexible work environment, with a hybrid mindset.
  • Catered lunch in the office.

Airtame is an equal opportunity employer. We have colleagues across the globe, with both in-office and full-time remote workers. This feeds into our international hybrid mindset, with people from 25 nationalities that make up the Airtame team.

Our work-life cultural balance is key to our success. Our team encompasses our values of trust and open communication to support each other and to collaborate in a fun and collective way.
