We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping intuitive, beautiful, and impactful user experiences. As a senior member of the design team, you will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders. You’ll help define and power our long-term monetization strategy, support critical business operations and unlock new revenue opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of billing, checkout, and payment flows to support business growth and operational excellence
- Deliver designs at a range of fidelity, from wireframes to final production assets
- Prototype and validate design solutions using Figma, AI tools, and other industry-standard platforms
- Improve existing user experiences for checkout, AI-powered upsells, and in-product user education
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, and Marketing to bring important workflows to market
- Use the full range of product design skills to discover, design, deliver, and iterate on engaging experiences for Web and Mobile platforms
- Create clear, effective communication for upgrades, downgrades, and expired payment methods to reduce churn
Who you are
You’re an experienced Product Designer.
You have 6 years experience and have a portfolio of thoughtful, impactful work to show for it. Bonus if you’ve worked on AI, SaaS, or zero-to-one projects.
You’re interested in exploring AI in work and life.
You’re excited about staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends, being an avid user of AI products, and becoming familiar with AI patterns like natural language interfaces, prompt engineering, and UIs that go beyond prompting. yourself!

- Portfolio showcasing thoughtful, impactful work and end-to-end user experiences
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing
- Partner with engineers to prototype and validate new ideas, including AI concepts.
- Exceptional craft, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality designs
- Experience designing for both Web and Mobile platforms
- Fluent in design tools such as Figma and AI-powered design tools
- Strong prototyping skills and ability to communicate concepts clearly
- Familiarity with frontend development and a passion for “vibe coding”

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$184,000 - $260,600 USD
