POSITION SUMMARY:
The Key Account Manager will act as an extension of our sales team. This role will be a Direct Hire role responsible to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential C-Level customers in the Data Center Industry (Liquid Cooling).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Key Account Manager will act as an extension of our sales team. This role will be a Direct Hire role responsible to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential C-Level customers in the Data Center Industry (Liquid Cooling).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet with Corporate Level customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- Provide detailed annual forecast for each client.
- Work with Airsys GM to establish preferred build dates and orchestrate a “level-loading” sales program which allows clients to order in bulk at lower prices with product to be built and delivered during favorable production times.
- Maintain sales volume, available products and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Set up meetings and calls between current and prospective clients and Vertical Market Manager.
- Create client profiles to be incorporated into corporate sales strategy.
- Research the current industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Continually develop technical knowledge, knowledge of business climate, applications, competitors and customers.
- Attend trade shows to promote company products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- An understanding of how to interpret P&L, Earnings, and Inventory Reports.
- An understanding of sales performance metrics. '
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, business or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
- Previous experience doing business development in the Data Center (or closely related) industry
- Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
