What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Molding Process Technician – Automation Cells position at Airspeed Manufacturing Vietnam?
Build precision parts that matter while mastering automation at night
At Airspeed, we manufacture precision components for conducted energy devices and other complex applications where consistency and process control are critical. As an Injection Molding Process Technician – Automation Cells, you will be hands-on at the intersection of molding, robotics, and front-line equipment support.
A night in this role
Just before 7:00 p.m., the floor comes alive. You step into a highly automated cell, review startup checks, scan machine and vision system readouts, and make the small adjustments that keep quality on target. When a robotic pick hesitates or a parameter drifts, you troubleshoot first, escalate when needed, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. You collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance, document process checks, and leave the area clean and organized for the next team.
What you will tackle
This is a career-building position for someone who wants to be deeply involved in how the process performs. You will gain exposure across molding, automation, and front-line maintenance support—ideal for expanding your technical skill set and advancing within manufacturing.
