Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Greenville, MS. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all work meets company standards. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service during service calls, conducting field assessments, troubleshooting system issues, and providing effective solutions to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Field Service
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including Troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Certification such as EPA and/or NATE is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to varying work environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
