About the Role:
As a sales team member, you’ll be the face of Airsoft Gallery, guiding customers through their purchases and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. Combining product knowledge with genuine interaction.
Your Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products. Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance and answer questions throughout sales transactions. Maintain a clean, organized store. Handling of cash sales, gun maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. A fun, high-energy personality that connects well with people & children. Strong communication skills, friendly, approachable. Dependability and responsibility in managing tasks and shifts. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
What We Offer:
