What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Airrosti?
As an Airrosti Provider, you'll be responsible for evaluating, assessing, treating, and managing patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using an evidence-based approach. You'll have responsibility for the daily management of your practice environment and supervision of designated support staff. In addition to providing manual therapy, you'll be responsible for the instruction of all therapeutic exercise protocols, application of modalities, and functional taping within the Airrosti treatment model.

Our providers receive five weeks of in-depth paid training at our Support Center in San Antonio before being cleared to practice at Airrosti, as well as extensive ongoing training, support, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements
We're looking for licensed Physical Therapists with strong interpersonal and communication skills. To be considered, you must:
- 1 years of experience as a full-time Physical Therapist
- Be passionate about patient care
- Have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength
- Have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred)
- $72,000-$100,000 (FIRST YEAR) for PTs with 1-3 years of experience
- $90,000-$120,000 (FIRST YEAR) for PTs with 3 years of experience
