- Required start date: Monday, May 18, 2026
- Attend a paid, mandatory, in-office training for four weeks, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift within the following operating hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- Communication: share scheduling information clearly and concisely with patients, peers, and outside partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Solution-oriented: having a focus on finding the best way to help the patient in the moment; offering creative solutions/ideas to fix the problem and/or answer a question.
- Attention to Detail: accurately documenting patient information and following set processes that are in place.
- Adaptability: the ability to embrace change and maintain a positive attitude.
- Collaborative: work effectively with peers and partners outside of Patient Services to get patients scheduled.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
- $18.00/hr
