Marketing Specialist

Airrosti is on a mission to deliver best-in-class musculoskeletal care, and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help bring that story to life. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative marketer who enjoys collaborating across teams, shaping compelling content, and driving meaningful results.

About The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, supporting, and executing multichannel marketing initiatives that support Airrosti’s growth, elevate our brand, and engage our patients, Providers, and partners. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to coordinate content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and help introduce new tools and approaches to our marketing ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Content Development & Planning

• Contribute to drafting, editing, and adapting content across Airrosti’s owned channels, including email, social media, web, blog, and video.
• Support content calendaring, outlining, and production - turning ideas into polished, on-brand deliverables.
• Write short- and long-form copy, including email outlines, social captions, video scripts, blog posts, and web page copy.
  
  

Campaign Management & Execution

• Support email campaign sends, segmentation, QA, and performance tracking (familiarity with HubSpot is a plus).
• Coordinate social media initiatives in partnership with agency teams and internal creative resources, namely our graphic designers and in-house video production director.
• Support public relations activities and execution of larger integrated campaigns.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with internal departments, including Business Development, Operations, Patient Advocacy, and Finance, to support ongoing initiatives and shared priorities.
• Collaborate with Airrosti Providers across all locations and markets to meet local marketing needs and ensure brand alignment.
  
  

Tools, Innovation & Growth

• Assist in testing and adopting new marketing tools, including emerging social platforms, digital ad technologies, and AI-assisted content tools.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, strengthen messaging, and increase the impact of our campaigns.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in marketing, content coordination, communications, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience supporting or developing multichannel marketing campaigns (social, email, web, video).
• Comfort working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, teams, and timelines.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Curiosity and interest in AI-assisted content creation tools, emerging platforms, and creative problem-solving.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the Airrosti mission.
