Requirements:
We're looking for licensed Chiropractors with strong interpersonal and communication skills. To be considered, you must:
- Be open to both short-term (a few months) and long-term (a few years) assignments at any Airrosti clinic across Texas (you can view our clinic locations on Airrosti’s website). Assignment locations are dependent on business needs and are likely in the smaller Texas markets (ex: Amarillo, Brownsville, College Station, Harlingen, Odessa, Wichita Falls, etc.), but can also include major metro areas.
- Have the ability and desire to relocate to new assignment locations with short, but reasonable notice; assignments and durations are determined by business needs and may change at any time (financial relocation assistance is provided for all company-directed relocations). Assignment duration is dependent on hiring a permanent employee to work at the clinic and can range anywhere from a few months to a few years.
- Commit to the Transitional Assignment-Based role for a minimum of two years
- Have a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree (or already be in the process of obtaining your Doctor of Chiropractic degree)
- Be passionate about patient care
- Have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength
- Have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred)
- 2 years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor is preferred but not required
