Operate machines designed to produce spun metal parts per engineered design, assist in other areas as required.
Position Requirements

- Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment necessary to complete the job duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane. Ability to lift 50 -75 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Noise level is usually moderate to high. Majority of the work is indoors. Temperatures can range from hot to cold.
Job Duties & Skills
To be successful in this job with AirPro, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Operate CNC spin forming machines to form metal parts to specification
- Operate other forming machines like pinch rollers
- Measure, and examine formed parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, like micrometers and calipers
- Use a crane or forklift to move and load/unload parts
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met
- Use proper lifting techniques
- Use of approved safety glasses, ear plugs and safety toe boots
- Perform all job duties in a manner safe to self and others
- Perform other duties as assigned
