Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Security and Bell Services Associate, where your energy and dedication will ensure a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for our guests during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will be the first line of security for our property while providing exceptional guest services, assisting with luggage, and providing shuttle driving services. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating memorable stays and maintaining a secure environment throughout the night.
Duties
- Monitor and secure the property through patrols, and access control to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing courteous assistance with luggage handling and directions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, shift reports, and guest interactions while adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and emergency responders.
- Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and client communication.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond swiftly in critical situations.
- Handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during overnight shifts while maintaining alertness.
- Prior experience in security roles within hospitality settings is a plus but not mandatory.
