Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately verify dental insurance benefits for patients across multiple payers.
- Track and document insurance information in an organized and standardized format.
- Analyze verification data to identify inconsistencies, trends, or missing information.
- Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and improve efficiency in the RCM cycle.
- Support EDI setup and troubleshooting, if applicable.
- Help build light reporting dashboards or summaries using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Key Attributes We’re Looking For:
- Deep Dental Insurance Knowledge – 5 years of hands-on experience verifying dental insurance in a practice setting.
- Detail-Oriented & Impeccably Organized – You double-check everything and thrive on clean, structured documentation.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with dental software and EDI processes; bonus points if you can use spreadsheets for light analytics or reporting.
- Hard Worker – Our small team moves fast and works hard. Hustle is part of our culture and our success.
Bonus Experience:
- Familiarity with RCM workflows beyond verification (e.g., billing, collections).
- Basic data analytics or reporting experience (e.g., pivot tables, error tracking, trend analysis).
- Experience working in a remote or startup-like environment
Of course, making the jump from a dental practice to a tech company is a big transition. It goes without saying that we'll need someone innovative, forward-thinking, and passionate about our mission to build the 'dream solution for RCM teams'
