Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom integrations between AirOps and customer CMSs (WordPress, Contentful, Sanity and others)
- Gather customer integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement API integrations (REST, JSON, XML) with third-party platforms including task management tools
- Document integration patterns, create setup guides, and enable customer success through technical enablement
- Contribute to building reusable integration frameworks and templates that scale across our customer base
- Monitor integration health, implement error handling, and ensure secure data exchanges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to identify common integration needs and inform product roadmap
- 3 years of experience building production software and API integrations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs and web services
- Hands-on experience with modern web development practices and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially when debugging complex integration issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into working solutions
- Direct experience building integrations with CMSs (WordPress, Prismic, Contentful, Webflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with task management APIs (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp)
