Airoha is seeking applicants with solid experience in system engineering for Broadband (G-PON/XGS-PON) products. The chosen candidate will play a crucial technical support role for USA customers, which includes customized feature development, system integration, issue debugging, and on-site customer support. The applicant will also lead cross-functional teams for failure and root cause analysis and implement corrective action measures within the internal teams. Excellent communication skills are required, as the main contact point for project execution, as well as the ability to lead and develop new features and ideas.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn debug concept of different product types(PON, Ether WAN), and apply to different Airoha platforms (RDK-B, OpenWRT, Prpl)
- Clarify the test environment (eq. test equipment, test topology, test cases, test steps)on site, and be able to duplicate customer issues.
- Identify customer issues referring to troubleshooting guide.
- Follow R&D’s instructions to collect information and logs (eq. Wi-Fi sniffer, FW logs) for investigation.
- Cooperate with company operations, including attending exhibitions, product demonstrations, issue clarification, and reference board training.
- Write user guide for customer reference and record the debug experiences.
- Cooperate with R&D teams in Taiwan, China, and India.
Qualifications
- More than 3 Years Broadband Engineering/Customer Support Work Experience.
- Experience with Linux environments and networking protocols, including Home Gateway troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly identify customer needs and effectively collaborate with R&D teams in Taiwan, China, and India.
- Skilled in logical problem-solving and troubleshooting using technical documentation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized communication, Wi-Fi knowledge, programming skills (C, C , etc.), a Master’s degree in Computer Science, and Mandarin language ability are all considered pluses.

The salary range for this position: $144,000- $210,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, and retention programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
