Organizational Relationship, shipping, receiving, shelf stocking, purchasing, repair and storage of spare parts, and inventory control.
Functions/Responsibilities
The Stockroom personnel duties and responsibilities consist of and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Shipping and receiving of parts inventory,
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments from Fed Ex, UPS
- Packaging and shipping out of repair parts
- Stock inventory on shelves using a scanning device and printing labels for new or repaired items.
- Keeps inventory stockroom areas clean and organized
- Stocking the shipping materials, boxes, labels, etc.
- Performing cycle counts on Inventory and re-labeling where necessary
- Alerting stockroom manager of discrepancies in inventory
- Accuracy is important.
Education / Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have and maintain a current driver’s license
- Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- NetSuite Experience preferred
- Must be able to team lift 25lbs
- Preferably Microsoft Excel and TEAMS along with data entry skills
