You'll be leading the team, solving problems, helping guests, keeping operations running smoothly, and occasionally jumping into the action yourself.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a proactive team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure the park operates safely and efficiently every day
- Hire, schedule, and mentor team members
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and daily operations
- Become proficient in our POS
- Lead by example and create a positive workplace culture

- Has management or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, recreation, or a similar industry

Requirements

Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
