- Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation instructions.

- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes and company safety policies.

- Coordinate with HVAC technicians and project leads to complete installations on schedule.

- Perform electrical inspections and provide accurate documentation of work performed.

- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and jobsite cleanliness; complete timesheets and service reports.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners about scope, safety, and required repairs/upgrades.

- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent residential electrician certification preferred.

- Minimum 2–5 years experience in residential electrical work; HVAC-related electrical experience strongly preferred.

- Solid knowledge of NEC, wiring methods, panel work, and residential meter/service systems.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and HVAC wiring diagrams.

- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, outdoors, and on ladders.

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good customer service skills.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred/Helpful

- HVAC electrical troubleshooting experience (controls, contactors, capacitors).

- Familiarity with low-voltage thermostat wiring, zone systems, and equipment controls.

- EPA certification or HVAC-related trade credentials.
