Avionics Installer / Future Manager
Company Overview:

excellence. We're expanding our avionics capabilities and seeking an experienced Avionics Installer ready to
take ownership of complex Garmin installations and grow into an Avionics Manager role.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute full-scope avionics installations for piston, turboprop, and light jet aircraft.
- Specialize in Garmin systems (GTN, GFC 500/600, G3X, TXi, etc.).
- Handle projects from planning through installation, testing, and FAA compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex avionics and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, documentation, and quality records.
- Mentor junior technicians and streamline shop efficiency.
- Advance toward a management role overseeing projects, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in general aviation avionics installation.
- Deep familiarity with Garmin avionics systems and integration.
- Ability to interpret schematics, STCs, and FAA documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and project leadership skills.
- A&P license or avionics certification preferred.
