What We Are Looking For

The Partner Operations Manager drives operational excellence and data-driven insights across Airlock Digital’s channel business. This role supports the partner ecosystem by optimizing systems, processes, and reporting to ensure scalability, visibility, and alignment with the overall sales strategy.

Working closely with partnerships, sales, and finance, the Partner Operations Manager streamlines partner operations — including deal registration, contract workflows, and performance reporting — to deliver a seamless experience for resellers, distributors, and technology alliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve partner processes, including deal registration, contract management, and partner engagement workflows.
  • Optimize and scale partner programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Manage partner portfolio enhancements, tracking contributions and optimizing program benefits.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting, providing insights into partner activity, deal flow, and revenue impact.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational inquiries from partners, ensuring timely support and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of key technologies (e.g., account mapping tools, hyperscaler platforms, partner portal) to modernize and scale partner operations programs.
  • Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner operations, channel management, or sales operations within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Strong ability and passion for data analytics and insight generation to drive process improvements and optimize partner performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

What We Offer

We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. The OTE range for this position is USD $96,000.00-$120,000.00. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
