The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Recruiter: Tammie Stacye/tammie.stacye@airgas.com/(417) 818-3788 The Branch Manager is responsible for all critical issues of the branch, including sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, managing direct reports, and all operational expenses. Other key areas of responsibility include safety, customer service, inventory levels and resolution of personnel issues. Assist outside sales personnel. Schedule and follow-up on deliveries, pre-call customers before scheduled deliveries. Evaluate and monitor day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure cost effective operations and a safe and productive work environment. Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with direct reports and internal departments relative to customer successes, customer failures, new customer developments and other customer specific information. Manages all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work. Provide performance feedback and development opportunities. Accurately complete and submit all sales-related paperwork (e.g., shippers, invoices, cylinder audits, month-end reports, cash reconciliations, deposits, etc.) in a timely manner. Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast. Works in accordance with all policies and procedures and rules as prescribed by State, Federal and the Company. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ of prior demonstrated management or leadership experience. Highschool diploma or equivalent Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment. Proficient computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to work independently. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Preferred: At least 1 year experience with SAP and Power BI.
