Key Responsibilities
- Navigate, update, and maintain the financial records for multiple separate companies within our corporate portfolio.
- Transition seamlessly and efficiently between varied daily accounting tasks and distinct company ledgers.
- Demonstrate clear, professional written communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Undertake optional, occasional travel to our various stations for general site visits and location-specific training.
- Experience: 3 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Extensive, hands-on experience using QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel is strictly required.
- Core Knowledge: A strong, working understanding of general accounting principles is an absolute must.
- Work Style: Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Base Salary: Starting pay of $65,000 per year, with a scheduled increase to $70,000 following a positive 90-day review.
